Winter Festival underway!

The Sioux Lookout Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality of Sioux Lookout are working together to present this year’s Sioux Mountain Winter Festival, running from March 16 to 19.

Today’s (March 16) events include a pickleball tournament, super hero party, cardboard box sliding party, The Great Bean Hunt, and an opportunity to meet the Sioux Lookout Bombers at the outdoor rink.

Other events happening during the winter festival include a snow sculpture contest, free family skate, a pair of Sioux Lookout Bombers hockey games, a cribbage tournament, dog sled rides, opportunities to learn to curl or cross-country ski, and the Debbie Hill Memorial Ice Fishing Derby.
