Gather together information to explain what you’re promoting, write it out in a way that clearly explains what you’re publicizing. Don't forget any logos, images, or art work. Include details inclusive with if you’d like your ad to be eye-catching with color, if you’d like your ad to appear on a certain page of the paper, and if you have any kind of budget you’re working with. Make notes of any creative stylizing or ideas you have. Get your creative juices flowing.

This is a good time to email your information to the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Bulletin, reach them at advertising@siouxbulletin.com. Send everything! Your write up, artwork, an old crumpled paper napkin of your ideas and we will bring them to life! Please make submissions by Thursday at noon. Remember to let us know if you'd like to have your ad in print, online, or both. Right now if you pair a print display ad with an online ad you receive 50% off the online ad!

Advertising will send back your content in a free ad proof along with the price quote, showing you exactly what your ad will look like in the paper. This is the time for you to point out any revisions that must be made. If your ad meets your vision, you approve your wonderful new ad and voila! Your ad has a guaranteed spot in the paper which will be distributed on 4424 newspapers!
