Win, loss for Warriors 

The Sioux North High School Warriors edged the visiting Beaver Brae Secondary School Broncos 2-1 in boys hockey action on Jan. 29 at the Sioux Lookout Memorial Arena.
Tyson Vincent scored the Warriors’ first goal in the match. Talon Zoccole scored the game winning goal for the Warriors (pictured).
Zach Lance picked up the win in net.
The Warriors travelled to Red Lake last Friday where they were swept 4-0 by the host Red Lake District High School Rams in a game that Warriors boys hockey team Coach John Carnochan said was closer than indicated by the scoreboard.
