Slo-pitch champs

Fifteen teams competed in the Sioux Lookout Blueberry Mixed Slo-pitch Tournament, which ran from Aug. 7-9 at the Ball Diamonds.
In the A Side Championship the Sioux Banshees defeated the Marinaders.
In the B Side Championship Wasted Potential defeated the Northern Bandits. 
In the C Side Championship the Cat Lake Northstars defeated Relative Chaos.
Tournament Coordinator Jasmine Savage said the tournament was another success.
“It was fun. Everyone had fun,” she said, adding it was a very competitive tournament.
“There was a lot of great games,” she said, thanking everyone who came out to compete or watch.
