Margaret Anne Gadal
March 4, 1932 - October 15, 2023
Margaret was born in Tilbury West, Ontario and passed away peacefully in Sioux Lookout. She is survived by her children Randy (Jacqui) of Cambridge, Jaymie (Lorraine) of Acton, Sherree (Robert) of Sioux Lookout, Todd (Tina) of Hudson. Eight grandchildren; Gerard (Elane), Dustin (Sarah), Coral, Jade (Nick), Taran (Roman), Keegan, three great grandchildren; Rachel, Rayden and Lyla and one sister, Mary Russell. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Joseph in 2015, three sisters and her parents.
Margaret and Joseph arrived in Hudson in 1964 and were proud Hudson-ites. Margaret was very involved in the community, Children’s Aid Society, fostering hundreds of children and the Hudson Ladies Legion Auxiliary. She loved bowling, square dancing (which they did all over the country) and travelling.
There will be no funeral service as per Margarets Wishes. Cremation has taken place and interment will be at a later date. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Meno Ya Win Hospital Auxiliary Fund, PO Box 909, Sioux Lookout, ON P8T1B4
