Major Drug Bust in Hudson

Four Sioux Lookout residents are facing drug charges after Lac Seul Police Service (LSPS) conducted a traffic stop on what they described as a ‘suspicious vehicle’ in Hudson at 3:33 p.m. on Monday, July 19.
According to LSPS, “Police located open liquor and a large quantity of currency, Cocaine, Crystal Meth and Suboxone Pills. The estimated street value of the drugs is $41,640 and Police seized $5950.00 of Canadian Currency. The Sioux Lookout OPP assisted with this investigation.”
Police arrested and charged four Sioux Lookout residents:
A 48-year-old Sioux Lookout resident has been charged with - Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Cocaine 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Crystal Meth 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Suboxone 5(2) CDSA, and Driving a Motor Vehicle with Open Liquor- 32(1) LLA.
Another 48-year-old Sioux Lookout resident has been charged with - Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Cocaine 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Crystal Meth 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Suboxone 5(2) CDSA.
A 28-year-old Sioux Lookout resident has been charged with - Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Cocaine 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Crystal Meth 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Suboxone 5(2) CDSA.
A 37-year-old Sioux Lookout resident has been charged with - Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Cocaine 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Crystal Meth 5(2) CDSA, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Suboxone 5(2) CDSA, Fail to Comply with Release Order 145(5)(a) CC, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000- 354(1)(a) CC.
LSPS stated drug enforcement remains a top priority for them.
