House fire in Kasabonika Lake First Nation under investigation

An early morning house fire in Kasabonika Lake First Nation is under investigation by Nishnawbe Aski Police Service (NAPS).
“Members of the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service working out of the Kasabonika Lake First
Nation detachment received a call for service regarding a house fire at about 6:30 a.m.
Saturday, Nov. 22,” a NAPS media release informed.
No injuries were reported as a result of this fire.
The home where the fire occurred, located in the 200 block of Nursing Station Road, is believed to be a total loss.
