Glam Up A Pony
Little equestrians were invited to the Cedar Bay Stables on July 20 to Glam Up A Pony.
Myriam Bernier, Chair of the Friends of Cedar Bay Board, as well as a volunteer and boarder at the stables, organized the event.
“It’s pretty simple. We groom the horses, get them clean, then we paint them and put some pipe cleaners in their manes and make sure they look all glammed up,” she said.
“It’s a good way for younger kids to be interested in horses without thinking that they have to do horsemanship” she said.
Approximately 15 children took part in the event.
“The kids listened to the rules, it was great. Everyone was safe and I think they had a good time painting,” Bernier concluded.

This morning I was up on the roof taking pictures when my friend Pie called. Luckily I had my phone up there with me...
