Voyageurs ’92 Deadline Extended
Kenora-Rainy River M.P. Robert Nault announced that the deadline for submitting applications under the Voyageurs Canada ’92 program has been extended from May 8, 1992 to Friday, May 15, 1992.

May 10 – 16, 1992 is Police Week in Canada. On Tuesday, May 12, 1992, between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., tours of the Sioux Lookout Detachment and equipment will be conducted. Tours will take place on the hour and at half past the hour.

There are thousands of careers to choose from throughout Canada, and even more throughout the world. Local students had a chance to familiarize themselves with over 60 during Queen Elizabeth District High School’s Career Day held last week.

Lowering guide limits
The Sioux Lookout Angling and Hunting Guides’ Association in a majority vote have given up their guide limits in an effort to conserve the fisheries.
I have an issue regarding Mayor Doug Lawrance's March 8 statement on Ukraine in the Bulletin, as he used "The Ukraine" in his words, which the word indicates the Soviet era's name for Ukraine...
