Father’s Day Draw

Community member Shannon Brody (left) assists Legion Ladies Auxiliary President Charron Sippola in picking the lucky winners of the Legion Ladies Auxiliary Branch 78 Father’s Day Draw.
The draw took place on Sunday afternoon in the Legion’s Lower Club Room.
1st prize, a 2025 Honda 520 CC quad was won by Richard Spade.
2nd prize, a large Yeti cooler with wheels, was won by Rudy Anderson.
3rd prize, a $250 value gift card for a local store, was won by Elvin Pedroso.
The draw was sponsored by Mascotto’s Marine and McTaggarts.
Legion Ladies Auxiliary President Charron Sippola said the draw was a sellout with all 1200 tickets being sold. Proceeds from the draw will support Legion upgrades such as purchasing new tables and chairs for the bar, replacing upstairs lighting, fixing the air conditioning and furnace units, and getting the roof done.
