Christmas Arts & Craft Fair

More than 900 people visited the annual Christmas Arts & Craft Fair, which took place on Dec. 7 at the Sioux Lookout Recreation Centre.
Sponsored by the Friends of Cedar Bay, this year’s event featured 40 artisans and crafters with 14 being out of town vendors from places such as Lac Seul First Nation, Ignace, Thunder Bay, Dinorwic, Wabigoon, Dryden, Kenora, Steinbach, Winnipeg and Thunder Bay.
Friends of Cedar Bay Chairperson Joyce Timpson shared, “The fair went very well. Vendors state they did well, and the public was pleased with the variety from which to choose. The feedback we have had so far has been the most positive we have ever received.”
